No two practices run their business exactly the same. ONCOCHART knows this and is designed to operate within that definition. Here is just a small list of information that is defined by a practice and can be changed as situations develop:

• CPT Codes – although ONCOCHART is delivered with all the CPT Codes employed by the majority of practices, it is understood that some practices utilize CPT’s that are unique. In ONCOCHART, you can enter your own individual, specific CPT Codes.

• Modifiers – regardless of which modifiers your carrier specifies for E/M or Repeat Procedure CCI Edit, ONCOCHART lets you specify the modifiers you need.

• Port Films – whether you bill port films on a weekly or individual basis, ONCOCHART EMR – the EMR is designed by the center, not by ONCOCHART. You can add or remove elements of the EMR that makes it correct for your business.

• Pricing – all pricing is specified by the center. You can set either one pricing standard for all carriers, or specify rates for individual carriers.
