The price of the seminar is $1,200.00 per person. This price does not include airfare and hotel. The deadline to register, payment deadline and cancellation notice is listed on the registration form. Cancellation is possible up to one week prior to the seminar. After that, a refund cannot be provided but we can move you to a later seminar.

Arrangements have been made with Express Travel to handle all your travel and hotel arrangements. Express Travel has negotiated a special room rate of $175/night. The special room rate is only good through July 13, 2009. A Continental Breakfast will be provided both mornings and lunch will be provided on Thursday (sponsored by ONCOCHART™ – a product of Bogardus Medical Systems, Inc.) along with morning and afternoon break snacks.
